The paper discusses the new emerging dynamics in the foreign policy behavior of several countries in the Middle East, particularly Turkey’s relations with Egypt, the UAE, and Israel in the aftermath of Biden’s victory in the US Presidential elections, and the al-Ula agreement among the Gulf cooperation council countries at the beginning of 2021.
It incorporates an in-depth analysis of these relations since the eruption of the Arab uprisings and rests on a holistic approach to drawing conclusions from the past experience and the current regional and international environment on what to expect next regarding the rapprochement efforts and the normalization attempts between these countries.
