Serbia: Eko Straža, citizens in action against air pollution

As part of the project " Climate Change, Environmental Risk and Social Mobilization in the Western Balkans" funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI link), CeSPI and OBCT (link) conducted a study targeting civic society organizations in the Western Balkans engaged in environmental advocacy and in the response to the effects of climate change, with a focus on air pollution and quality of air.

Serana Epis has analysed the case of Eko Straža, an initiative of a group of Serbian activists who have helped bringing environmental issues to the center of public and political debate.
