Anti-Corruption Fight in Balkans Sees Progress, But Also Regression: Transparency International Report

Transparency International has published a new report on the fight against corruption in the Balkans. The study "Between Anti-Corruption Reform and Decline", conducted between September 2022 and December 2023, shows that Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia have made institutional efforts to combat corruption, while Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia are stagnating or even declining in this sector.
