News: Bosnia and Herzegovina: World Bank will finance the Sava Waterway Rehabilitation Project

The Minister of Finance and Treasury of BiH, Srđan Amidžić, and the head of the World Bank Office for BiH and Montenegro, Kristofer Sheldon, signed the Agreement on a grant in the amount of 8 million euros to finance the improvement of the Sava waterway. The grant has been approved by the Western Balkans Investment Framework and will be managed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development

The project will improve flood protection and cross-border cooperation in the area of ​​water on the Sava and Drina corridors.
