News: Kotroman border crossing relaunches integrated border management between the European Union and Serbia

The Kotroman crossing on the border between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, was inaugurated today. The project, half funded by the pre-accession funds of the European Union, required 3 years of work and an investment of 4.6 million dollars.

The opening ceremony saw the presence of the Ambassador of the European Union to Serbia, Emanuele Giaufret, who declared that the integrated management of the borders between the European Union and Serbia will allow improving economic relations and strengthening border controls linked to organised crime and illegal migration.
