News: Lajcak meets the new KFOR commander, Özkan Ulutas

The EU Special Representative for the Western Balkans, Miroslav Lajcak, met with the new commander of the NATO mission in Kosovo (KFOR), Major General Özkan Ulutaş, who will take the place of General Angelo Michele Ristuccia.
