Putin Is Pushing Serbia and Bosnia to Back His Ukraine War

Hand in hand with a vicious and failing war in Ukraine, Russia is trying to undermine European democracy by funding far-right national groups. The Kremlin’s efforts are mainly focused on Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a twofold intention: keeping the two countries away from the spheres of influence of NATO and the European Union and fueling internal tensions.
