Start-ups in Albania: a young but promising ecosystem

Within the project "Human Capital Mobility of and from the Balkans: when innovation succeeds in reducing brain drain" - financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), and carried out by CeSPI and OBCT – Arjan Ymer, the director of the Albanian business incubator Oficina was interviewed. The start-up sector in Albania is relatively young, yet it has big innovation potential, especially in the ICT industry.
