the procedure opens today for the identification of the following role:
Local Interpreters
A minimum of one year of experience is required in the following areas:
- Proficiency in English language for translation with local languages in Ethiopia's East Hararge. Experience of working/collaborating in African contexts is necessary.
- Positive evaluation will be given to experiences of working/collaborating with international cooperation agencies or projects.
Candidates should submit their CVs by 25 May 2024, at the local office of Save the Children in Dire Dawa (Save the Children Office c/o Bureau of Women and Children Affairs Dire Dawa City Administration, Dire Dawa). They will undergo an interview aimed at exploring and verifying the experiences and skills listed on their CV.
Following the interview, each of the competencies will be assigned a score from 1 to 5, and a ranking list will be drawn up.
The type of contract and compensation will be defined in a subsequent interview, based on the profile and the number of hours assigned.
The collaboration will last until 2 June 2024 from the date of agreement between the parties, with the possibility of extensions.
